That's Jackie Stallone on the right. She's the famed rumpologist and mother of super-ultra-mega-star Frank Stallone and his brother Sylvester (left). I think the human growth hormone Sly tried to smuggle into Australia recently was mostly for expanding and defining his wattles.
Judging from the Stallone gene pool, I'd say he's going to do just fine without the HGH.
